Which symbols are allowed in passwords?
We allow digits, latin alphabet letters (in both uppercase and lowercase) as well as some special characters: !?.,#;:-=%&
How can I create a strong password?
We have some minimal requirements for passwords: password should be at least 8 characters long, contain at least 1 lowercase and 1 uppercase letter, 1 digit and 1 special character. Passowrd can contain up to 32 symbols. For your security, do not use one password for different sites.
How do I recover forgotten password?
Your password is stored in encrypted form, which means that webmaster is unable to help you with recovering your password. However, you can change your password if you have forgotten it. In the login form, provide your email (the one you used for registration) and click the "Forgot password?" link. You will receive a mail with the instructions.
